It’s getting dark all around,
my heavy boots pull me to the ground.
The mountain climb has been steep,
and energy fades as we reach the peak.

The day I will overturn
the heavy chains that bind my world,
the gravity will free my soul
with a decided step into the void.

Giant boulders blocked our way.
The journey was not easy but at the end
of the day we found ourselves
in front of the deepest pit over again.

And finally I got detached
from the heavy stone that broke my back.
The path that we followed back
has forced us to be brave to jump

Searching though the dark, scared by an unknown track
If I cannot see what fate lies beyond.
The months passed by, and clueless here I am
while I can’t believe I’ve been stuck so long.
Now that I recall, why I did a carry on? I don’t know…

And it’s true, after all,
the leap of faith proved me wrong.
In the crystallized light
I have found my new dawn.
